Thanks, but I can't find the bus tour schedule anywhere.  I'll check our
local Borders and see if they've got a schedule, though.

If you see him, bug him about publishing some of his medieval research.  I
love his BBQ books, but the guy had a Watson fellowship to study medieval
food while becoming a Cordon Bleu chef, for the gods' sake, and as best I've
been able to tell hasn't ever published anything in that vein.
