No.  Well, you can try to make arrangements with the proper campmasters to
let you in to the campsite, but you cannot get the land allotment to donate to
them that you would have had if you had pre-registered.  If they let you in,
they are doing so knowing that you are taking a portion of someone else's space.
 In some camps, for instance those that have a lot of couples or families
sleeping in modern tents, there's a lot of extra land available.  In camps with
lots of period tents, or lots of amentities such as large campfire areas,
communal tents or cooking areas, and shower areas, there may not be much leftover
space.
The people you need to talk to are not at the Pennsic website; you need to
speak to the camp master for the particular camp you want to join.  Keeping your
tent size and other stuff to a minimum is recommended.
