[Sca-cooks] Re: Travelling Dishes Revisited

A lot of people have already started emailing me with questions about 
the possibility for this crazy idea I seem to have spawned concerning a 
revisitation of a cookbook similar to that of Travelling Dishes(sic). 
What I'd like to do is sit down and think a bit and then post some 
things I'm looking for specifically. 

For example, it was pointed out to me that I should probably specify 
whether or not I'd be looking for modern or period recipes (well, 
period, of course) and what format or information basics I'd like. I'll 
try to do that today or tonight given the immediate volume that 
appeared in my inbox expressing interest in this idea and post it back 
to this list.
