[Sca-cooks] dealing with cooks neurosis

Mostly ignore it.  Unless someone can give me constructive criticism, then I'll listen and file it away for future reference.  "Out of control" means absolutely nothing to me personally.  As long as the food is well-prepared and on schedule, who cares?  After I did my first feast I was told I didn't run my kitchen the way someone else did. My reply was, I'm me, not her.
