This feast was originally planned with Avraham as Head Cook, and me
assisting him, with a third person handling Day Board under my supervision.
Real life intervened- Avraham got a new job, and moved to Virginia, putting
me in as Head Cook, and other difficulties required I find someone else to
do Day Board- Lady Andrea MacIntyre stepped in at the last minute, and did a
magnificent job. Andrea, I'm going to ask you to post your recipes and
redactions- I think it's something that Stefan would enjoy for the
Florilegium, and very interesting it its own right.
