[Sca-cooks] Mustard

Anyone have any pointers on where to look for period mustard recipes? I
already have Brandu's redaction of the "pear mustard" from Welserin. I
bought myself a second coffee grinder for spices this week, and hit the
health food stores today (along with the brew shop), and came home with some
nice yellow and brown mustard seeds.
