OK it's out of period, but I've encountered a nifty product lately
called "Peanut Better," a line of sweet and savory flavored peanut
butters that are downright yummy and reasonably healthy.   The chocolate
one actually tastes of chocolate, and the Thai one would be a worthy dip
for satay or shrimp. <www.peanutbetter.com>  Their website is actively
seeking recipes using their products, maybe we cooking maniacs can lend
a hand?  The stuff handles like plain-ground peanut butter rather than
the hydrogenated "skippy" type stuff.
