Please, please, dear friends, may I ask you a favor?

My son is coming home next Saturday. (He;s such a good kid) He has asked for a kind of Greek lasagna.

I am trying to find a suitable recipe because I think it needs some kind of sauce or gravy.  I can't even concentrate to go through all the recipe databases I have. (went through - I'm done for)

Please do any of you kind souls have a suggestion for me?
