[Sca-cooks] Kosher Turkey Sausage

Dunno about sausages, but I've seen dried turkey  products (okay, turkey
jerky), and even have a recipe for it. Since the turkey jerky is
commercially produced and marketed, there's probably a way around/over
the salmonella issues....
