And badly spelled, at that, too. It should be 'Philomene' (and I believe
there is a cartoon character with that name, actually)

Writing from Quebec, however, I can assure you that this name is almost
extinct by now :-)

(Or maybe it was: 'fellow men', just as badly spelled :-)))
