Ya know..wouldn't it be cool if we could get a couple of these chefs to take
up the challenge to see what they could do with some of our
budgets/equipment/number of guests/working conditions?  Oh what fun that
would be.
Olwen, like you all, worked in storms, 100 degree heat, tornados, apartment
size stoves, no stoves, nice well-equiped kitchens, and with friends
