Not to worry, I'm not considering turning to the dark side of premade... not
yet anyway.
I'm the type who agonizes over using anything other than home-made CHEESE in
cooking contests, never mind that you can't produce aged parmasean in the
three-hour time allotment. <sheepish grin>
