Do yoo run PC or Mac? If you run Mac I am clueless. But if you run PC try this:
go to My Computer, to the icon Disk 3.5. Click on the right mouse button, rename
the disk, try again. You can also see if the file is "archive" or "read only" or
nothing is marked.
If all fail, try to open the disk in other computer,
