Chirhart and I are easy!  Just get on the wagon and when it goes down
Runestone Hill, get off at the bottom of the hill (just past his Graces
camp).  In front of you you will see (from left to right) the shower house,
Iron Lance's yellow sheetwall fence, the entrance to House Blackstar's
hospitality pavillion.  Or, if you are going to be busy doing some service
or fighting or whatever, you could just tell me where you are and I shall
find you.
