[Sca-cooks] Wierd words in baklava ingredients

A friend of mine was examining the ingredients listing on a box of
imported baklava. He believes the labelling on this box may have been
constructed by someone with an Arabic-English dictionary but no knowledge
of English. Two words in the ingredients list he came across which
intrigued him were: Botanistquail and Sprungboosing

Anybody have any idea what those words might stand for?
