Remember that the more you agitate the mustard seeds/powder in the presence 
of liquid, the hotter it will be. Using your food processor is a good way to 
guarantee a hot mustard. If you want something milder, grind the mustard 
just to a powder in your spice mill, then mix the liquid in by hand.
