I'm doing a smaller thing for just the wife and little one.  Turkey breast,
bread, corn, spiced peaches (comes in a can) apple/fig/raisin pie (an
adaptation out of early French cookery), salad, baked potatoes and a
cranberry orange sauce sweetened with honey.  I'm making two of the pies,
extra cranberry/orange sauce and extra loaves of bread to take to a holiday
party as well.  Been thinking about making a sack posset out of  Hess's
Martha Washington's Book of Cookery, tis quite good but heavy on the cream
and eggs.
