Nope...

I've been amused by the opposing camps... From "I can't eat a potato, 
too many carbs!" to "I'll take the (aptly-named) sweet potato and pile 
more sugar on it!" Oh, well, whatever works, pay your money and make 
your choice... and all them other cliches...
