[Sca-cooks] Southern Cornbread

I'm from California, and I grew up with Jiffy Mix cornbread. Tom's from
Memphis, and it literally took me ten years to find a recipe that he would
have more than a bite of -- the cookbook is marked "The real thing
(finally!)" It's done in a cast-iron skillet in a very hot oven, and
involves white corn meal, buttermilk and bacon fat.
