If I'd found bread recipes, I'd be shouting it from the rooftops.  However, I have 
skimmed through the entire wheat-flour-bread section, and there are no 
recipes, just commentary on the best kind of wheat, and why bread hot from 
the oven is unhealthy.  However, I expect the information will be of interest to 
bakers, and I will post it when I have a chunk done.
