Apparently the series has reached the end of it's run.  The final episode
aired a couple of weeks ago (in Canada).  It was an elimination  battle
between the all the Iron Chefs, culminating in the finals between Sakai
(Iron Chef French) and Chen Kenichi (Iron Chef Chinese).  Sakai won the
title.  However, I'm sure it will still have a healthy lifespan in
syndication.
