Just for general info: Check with your farmer as to kind of cow and diet of same. Holstein/Frisiens give huge quantities of milk, but Jerseys give milk that is much richer and higher in butter-fat. If the cow is receiving sweet feed, again you get a sweeter milk and if she has access to wild garlic or onions, it can taint the milk. Prydwen
