A friend of mine fluent in Italian (and several other languages) sent it
to me when I was looking for an appropriate beverage for the dolci course
at the Twelfth Night I cooked.  I can't find the original e-mail, but it
was attributed to 16th century Italy and I can't remember the nobleman's
name at all.
