The only real issue _I_ have with it.... is that there are people with
specific allergies, religous reasons or yes even personal prejudices for not eating
certain foods, and they have to "go past their arse to get to their elbow" as
the old folks used to say, to find ANY information on these foods. That is of
course, if they can find any at all.
You can avoid virtually any food if you're careful except GMOs. Freedom of
choice used to be a hallmark of American marketing. The industry seems fixated
on acceptance to the point that they're not giving us a choice, at least not in
the US.
That is the way I see it anyway.
