[Sca-cooks] peeling onions/inability to cut onions

Maybe a different type of onion?
There are also frozen onions or even dried onions which might work if
you can't deal with the fresh. I know they aren't the same but if you
cannot deal with the fresh ones, that might be an alternative.
Eye Protection? Swim Goggles?
