[Sca-cooks] Camel Ribs

Rosine, i was searching the web for camel recipes. Only found the 
ubiquitous camel-stuffed with lamb-stuffed with chicken- etc.

I did find articles by Westerners (culture, not West Kingdom :-) 
who'd eaten camel meat. Some described it as different from but 
similar in taste to beef.

I do know from my own studies that Bedouins generally eat it stewed, 
although exactly with what i don't know.

So, no help with the ribs here...
