[Sca-cooks] Oranges and Cinnamon

I am still looking for a more appropriate recipe but I did find that 
Sarah Woodward's Oranges and Lemons. Recipes from the Mediterranean 
contains a salad recipe calling for oranges, orange flower water, sugar, 
cinnamon, and mint.
