[Sca-cooks] Iron Chef- Octopus!!!

Tonight, there were two Iron Chef's, back to back, and both had the theme
ingredient, octopus- LIVE.

It was hysterical- the octopi had minds of their own, and their intentions
weren't to be cooked this evening. One of the chefs took after his with a
daikon, and was apparently trying to subdue it, but the octopus just called
"light" and fought on.. The translation of that dish was "octopus flavored
with daikon".

Half the fun was watching the expressions on the chef's faces, when they
discovered their theme ingredient. If you get a chance, try to catch those
twp shows- they're priceless ;-)
