So, how good were these sauce redactions of hers? Were these the usual 
sauces that have been done or were some of these new sauces for the 
SCA? Do you think they were accurate redactions and did they taste 
good?

If you can answer those in an affirmative fashion, see if you can get 
her to sign up here and post them. Or get them from her and post them 
here. I will not make any promises, but I'd also likely consider them 
for the Florilegium. Perhaps that would help make up for the 
disappointment of one headtable not trying them.
