glass cordial glasses, and perhaps the sake set as suggested. And a
salad and I thought a hard bread as well. And the vinegar mustard to
also go on the bread. 

Now I need to firm up my research and write it up. 

And find a box to carry it all in.

Why not try using a veggie that would carry the taste of the 
vinegar...something like a bread? My lord husband, who is a brewer 
himself, said that he would use little cups. Of course, cordial glasses 
would work as well...no germs could live in vinegar!
