[Sca-cooks] Easter morning, was Verjus

I know how you feel. Up until the end of summer before last, we had a 
three-year drought going. Now we've had a year and a half of VERY wet 
weather. That's why, IMHO, we lost so many trees during the hurrican and 
subsequent wind storm last fall.

We actually had to have our Easter dinner yesterday as my sweetie had to 
go away this afternoon (gone for the week...boo hiss!!). So I took the 
opportunity to test cook the entire second course of my upcoming 
feast...roast pork with rosemary and tarragon, Persian relish, Agalura 
sauce, garlic-pine nut sauce, rice with saffron and onions, asparagus 
with sauce and braised mushrooms. Turned out pretty well...I think it's 
a "go"...at least for the second course!
