[Sca-cooks] Verjus

I'm glad you folks brought this up.  I was supposed to send the Pepperers 
some of my candied ginger.  Funny thing that, at Pennsic last year a few of 
us were there choosing our purchases and all these folks were buying candied 
ginger from them so one of my friends said she must try it and the look of 
sheer disappointment on her face was such a surprize.  She was expecting it 
to taste and bite back like mine.  After a bit of discussion they asked if I 
would send them a sample and I had forgotten until now.
Olwen with 12 racks of candied ginger just slowly drying now and more in the 
fridge to go.
