Yes, no dpoubt it would, and I'm sure concord would work for some dishes, I 
certainly didn't mean to offend the people I apparently offended. From a purely 
period standpoint... isn't concord a New World variety?

At any rate, certainly it's perfectly all right to use what ya got, and mine 
or anyone else's opinion doesn't matter a hill of beans.
