i think it's great!   those are the pictures i grew up on!   i still have 
1950's cookbooks i use regularly, featuring steaks with 2 inch edges of 
fat, guacamole that is absolutely dinner mint green and little snippets of 
food poetry like

The family will think you're keen
When you serve beans of green!

well, okay... i made that one up, but it's close. 8)
