[Sca-cooks] Spam, Spam, Wonderful Spam

I was looking for a Spam sushi photo (it's popular in Hawaii) - but i 
had one in which the rice was colored turquoise with food coloring - 
and the pink spam on the blue rice wrapped in nori was NOT 
appetizing... so i wanted to find it again.

In searching, i found these recipes at foodnetwork.com... I think 
they're all from a Spam cook-off...
