[Sca-cooks] OOP/OT: Wurgles?

Thanks - I'll pass this on.  I too have several PA Dutch cookbooks, and 
haven't seen anything.  I've looked online under 
wurgle/wörgle/wergle/wurgel/wörgel/wergel, and still nothing.  The thing 
about this dish is that separates it from pancakes, as far as I can 
remember, is that the dumplings looked kind of like twice-baked potatoes 
without the potato shell....
