[Sca-cooks] cookbook list

Greetings!

After the new year, I would like to purchase some good cookbooks (or 
books about cooking) for the SCA period. In particular, I am interested 
in England and Scotland from 1450 to 1500, but I will be trying to pick 
up books from multiple cultures and periods. So, I am asking for 
suggestions (or perhaps reviews).  I have a couple now (such as "Take a 
Thousand Eggs") but just assume that I have none.
