We have discussed flan on this list in the last few years. I've saved
some of this with the idea of a future "flan-msg" file. Besides finding
the time, I think I've also had a problem deciding how flan differed
from other custards or dishes to figure out what and what should not
get included in this file.
In the meantime, I have sent a copy of my notes to Aoghann.
