A brief Yahoo search turns up two sources for the consumer.  
This one sells 2lb bags for $7.95 US plus shipping

Or, you might get someone from Outlands, Atenveldt, or Southern Caid to pick you up some from the grocery shelves.  I never bought any, but I do remember that it was available on a seasonal basis in the hispanic section of the major chains.
