 Why not try a local custom we practice some what up here . Which is tasting 
parties, held at home or at really really good friends house, or with your 
local cooks guild. Trade the recipes and learn even faster. Indeed it can 
even be the theme of an mini event pot luck anyone. This way you can grow 
your dishes without having to do them all.
