[Sca-cooks] Bear's breads (was Fair feast budget)

Stollen, with a double "l."  It's German, an enriched bread stuffed with 
fruit, nuts, brown sugar and spices (at least, the Christmas version is). 
There are a number of recipes for it.  I'll send one along when I dig it 
out.
