Depending on where you get them, they're not that expensive.  I think the 
large sets I've seen in stores are only $3-4 U.S.  I didn't pay that much 
for the small ones I got online, though I've been considering options to 
expand my set.  I've decided 18 is a good number - 6 in the fryer, 6 cooling 
and 6 that you're putting dough on.
