It was very good, although, had it been entirely up to me, I think I'd have
let it cook a bit longer than R&M did, for extra tenderness. While I like
most meats rare, I prefer chicken and turkey and stews almost falling apart,
with the cartilage and connective tissue almost dissolved.

Was very tasty, though ;-)
