Yep Liberty orchards, out of Cashmere Washington, the best applets and cotlets ever made. All tender and soft and fresh, and the apple juice... Oh yeah babe!

Used to live near there, apples cherries, pears, peaches, apricots, plums... I loved it when the orchards were ready to harvest.

Ahh well, hope the recipes help.
It is really just "Turkish delight" but Liberty has the best, although since leaving Washington, have yet to have a fresh applet or cotlet.
