[Sca-cooks] Eating of meat in America

My eating habits have changed slightly since the Mad Cow scare. But not
because I'm worried about catching the disease. Chicken is cheaper, so I eat
more chicken. I still eat beef. I never did eat organ meats intentionally
(but who knows what's in hot dogs). I do not plan to alter my feast planning
at this time, because there doesn't seem to be a need to.
