[Sca-cooks] OOP? Raw meat...

I know of a few people whose parents and/or grandparents frequently ate raw
ground beef, esp. after it had been seasoned for meatloaf or such. Not
tasting the meat to adjust the spices, but sitting down with a bowl and a
fork.
