Well, the recipes I have, I've gotten in a rather hit or miss fashion. 
If no one posts recipe or I don't see it, than I can't include it. The 
other recipes get included because there are so few provably period 
bread recipes, yet there are breads that have other evidence supporting 
their being made within period. So, I include those and let folks make 
up their own minds whether those recipes and any provided evidence 
meets their standards for using them within the SCA.

It is possible that the Florilegium is the only place where these 
recipes have been collected in one easily accessible spot.

However, if someone will post the list of period recipes, I would be 
willing to pull them out of the bread-msg file and place them by 
themselves in another file on their own. And if someone is then willing 
to post the ones I do not have, or send them to me by email, I will 
gladly add them to this file.

One problem might be determining whether some of these recipes are 
breads or pastries or something else.
