I've done these, and Jadwiga made them for her wonderful Convivencia feast.  
It's very easy, and doesn't really need a redaction.  Don't use too much wine, 
or you'll wind up with a syrup, and remember to cut off the hard stems of the 
figs.

I've done this one without the milk.  Chicken broth with thin noodles and 
parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

I haven't done any of the others.
