My sweetie's mother grows bay as a houseplant in a sunny window, and three
or four pots of rosemary that get moved outside in the warmer months. She
gave me a huge baggie of bay leaves that I haven't used up yet. So if bay
will grow in a pot in a house in MN, I don't see why it wouldn't grow down
by you. :-)
