[Sca-cooks] SCA Iron Chef

Good Gentles,

I know that there are folks here who have participated in (or run) an Iron Chef 
competition at a SCA event.  I am seeking whatever advice you have on how 
to run such a competition.  What works well?  What are the potential 
problems to be avoided.

I looked in the Florilegium file:
